Dear Teen, I hope this book blesses you and helps fill a need in your life. In the end what we all need more than anything else in life to get us through is God, so I hope this book helps you find him or make more sense of him in your life. Without Him I don't know where I'd be -- I think my life would be a lot more boring, a lot more meaningless and a lot less fun. The tough times would be tougher and the good times wouldn't be as good. As a teen you need to band together with other teens who are looking for God as well. It's hard out there in this world to be close to him. So don't do it alone. Hopefully this book will help with that loneliness in the journey. But don't just read this book, find a Youth Group (no matter how "dorky" that may seem), take a chance on a Retreat for teens (no matter what a risk it looks like), or just go out of your way to say hello to the other teens you see at Mass.
