Dr. Leo Parvis

Dr. Leo Parvis is a Principal Instructor at Dunwoody College in Minneapolis. He teaches Cultural Diversity, Managing Diversity in the Workplace, and Global Studies. Dr. Parvis serves on the Chaska Human Rights Commission, the Board of Directors of the League of Minnesota Human Rights Commission, and is a member of the National Association for Multicultural Education, the National Association for Ethnic Studies and the International Leadership Institute.
He is also the diversity director for, and a partner in diversitypromotions.com, a new company dedicated to promoting diversity through the creation of a “Embrace Diversity” logo and product line and National Diversity Day celebration.
Dr. Parvis has a Ph.D. in Health and Human Services, and a M.A. in Geography and Political Science. He is available for consulting, presentations, and conducting seminars.
