What Distribution Services does Lulu offer?
+Lulu offers two choices for distributing your book(s) beyond the Lulu Marketplace:
- MarketReach - $25 - Lulu’s MarketReach service lists your work on Amazon.com as a marketplace listing. No retail markup is required. All non-ISBN paperback trim sizes, photo books and calendars are eligible for this service. Click here to add your book or calendar to the service.
- ExtendedReach - Free - Lulu’s ExtendedReach service lists your title and ISBN in major bibliographic databases and makes your work available on Amazon.com. Your book will appear as a regular listing on Amazon and will be eligible for Amazon's discounts and shipping rates. Go to your Project List to add distribution to an eligible book.
- GlobalReach - $75 - Lulu’s GlobalReach service lists your title in major bibliographic databases and makes your title available to online retailers worldwide such as Amazon.com, Baker & Taylor, and Barnes & Noble. Brick and mortar book-stores, NACSCORP, and the Espresso Book Machine will also be able to order and stock your title if they desire. Go to your Project List to add distribution to an eligible book.

- Basic Distribution - With this service the author granted publishing rights to Lulu and received a Lulu-owned ISBN for their book. This is an ISBN that Lulu purchased in advance and makes "Lulu.com" the registered publisher of the ISBN and the book it is applied to. This distribution package submitted the book to Bowker's Books in Print and Nielsen Book Data and listed it for sale on Amazon Marketplace for a year.
- Global Distribution - With this service the author granted publishing rights to Lulu and received a Lulu-owned ISBN for their book. This is an ISBN that Lulu purchased in advance and makes "Lulu.com" the registered publisher of the ISBN and the book it is applied to. This distribution package submitted the book to US and UK ISBN Agencies and wholesale availability through Ingram and availability to Amazon.com including International Amazon sites, BarnesandNoble.com and many other online retailers.
- Publish by Lulu - With this service the author granted publishing rights to Lulu and received a Lulu-owned ISBN for their book. This is an ISBN that Lulu purchased in advance and makes "Lulu.com" the registered publisher of the ISBN and the book it is applied to. This distribution package submitted the book to US and UK ISBN Agencies and Amazon.com.
- Publish by Lulu with Expanded Distribution - This service added wholesale availability through Ingram and availability to International Amazon sites, BarnesandNoble.com and many other online retailers to the Publish by Lulu Distribution package.
- Publish by You - This service allowed the author to register to become the publisher and purchase a unique ISBN from the official US ISBN Agency. This ISBN was directly mapped to the author as the official, registered publisher. This distribution package submitted the book to US and UK ISBN Agencies, wholesale availability through Ingram, Amazon.com (including International Amazon sites), BarnesandNoble.com and many other online retailers
- Publish by You UK - This service allowed the author to register to become the publisher and purchase a block of 10 ISBNs from the official UK ISBN Agency. These ISBNs were directly mapped to the author as the official, registered publisher. This distribution package submitted the book to US and UK ISBN Agencies, wholesale availability through Ingram, all Amazon sites and many other online retailers
- Publish by You Germany - This service allowed the author to register to become the publisher and purchase a unique ISBN from the German ISBN Agency. This ISBN was directly mapped to the author as the official, registered publisher. This distribution package also submitted the book for availability to bookstores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Publish by You Dutch -This service allowed the author to register to become the publisher and purchase a unique ISBN from the Dutch ISBN Agency. This ISBN was directly mapped to the author as the official, registered publisher. This distribution package also submitted the book for availability to bookstores in the Netherlands.
- Italian Distribution- This service stocked 3 copies of a customer's book in the Fastbook bookstores in Italy for one year.
