Why isn't the content I submitted showing up on the group storefront?
Group moderators must approve all content submissions before they are displayed on the group storefront. If content you submitted is not on the group storefront, check the following.
- Is your content submission still pending? A group moderator may have not reviewed your submission yet. Click the "View Pending Submissions" link on the group homepage. If your submission appears in the resulting list, it is awaiting review. Please be patient.
- Was your submission rejected by moderators? If your submission is not in the pending content list, it could have been rejected by a group moderator. Moderators ensure that content on the storefront is relevant or appropriate. Contact one of the group moderators for more information.

Grounds for Immediate Forum Post Removal, Group Sanction and/or Lulu Suspension
The following types of group forum postings are cause for immediate removal, warning, group sanction and/or suspension from the site. Other inappropriate postings not listed below may also warrant removal and/or suspension from the site. Lulu reserves the right to remove any post without warning or further notice.
- Posting contact information about another individual.
- Contacting other members regarding Lulu business by unauthorized methods. (That is, by searching for and making use of contact information they did not provide.)
- Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats of violence.
- Posting material (graphics, text or links) that is obscene, pornographic or adult in nature.
- Using JavaScript, active or other coding, making repetitive posts, or other actions that interfere with site operations.

Note
Lulu may sanction an account from groups or a group in general without suspending them from the site. Lulu may suspend any member from a group and from the site who has been previously warned of policy violations, though we reserve the right to suspend a member immediately depending on the violation. Sanctions/suspensions may range from 1 day to indefinite. A sanction or suspension of one ID will apply to all IDs of that member and may, at our discretion, apply to members of the same household. The use of false registration information or creating multiple accounts for use on Lulu for the purpose of disruption or to avoid detection may result in permanent sanction or suspension of all associated registrations.
All warnings and suspensions are in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Lulu Member Agreement.

How can I become a group moderator?
The first moderator is always the person who created the group. That person then shares moderator privileges with other members of the group.
If you want to be a moderator for an existing group, contact a current moderator and ask for the privilege. Moderators may display their contact information there or on the group storefront, or you can click the moderator's name to go to his or her personal storefront.
Please do not contact Lulu staff; we cannot provide contact information for group moderators and we will not grant moderator privileges.
