How to set creator revenue and the final price in the Publishing Wizard

Price can be calculated two ways...
		1. Enter the revenue you would like to receive and Lulu will calculate the Lulu commission and the price.
		2. Enter the price you want for your project and Lulu will calculate the revenue you will receive and the Lulu commission.

Click the "Review Project" button to move on to the next step in the wizard.
