Lulu accepts purchase orders by reputable book stores and other corporate entities. New customers must fill out a credit application and return it with the purchase order via email (purchaseorder@lulu.com).

All purchase orders must include the following:

  • Purchase order (PO) number
  • Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses with phone and fax numbers
  • Federal EIN
  • Complete description of the item(s) being ordered (Title, Author, etc.)
