| I am inspired by life in general, usually though, it is my own imagination that sparks any kind of dark emphasis on life, I am also inspired by friends and family. I am particularly driven by by dad, who is dead, no, not in a spooky way, but in his memory am I driven to continue to write. |

I write my best work when I am in a dark place in life.
My writing is cathartic and the best therapy I could ever ask for. It's usually when I'm kicked to the ground that I can find the correct clarity needed to turn myself inside-out and let my creativity do the rest. |

| I find depression makes for great poetry. Though my poetry isn't about depression, I always get told that it inspires sadness in a sense. In the past three weeks I've been quite happy due to great changes in my life, it's been hell for the poet in me. |
