hi there, just read us aussie wont be listed on amazon what a rort. anyway im ellen and ive listed my book here tom boy the path to nowhere hope you could take a peek. anyway go to http://www.palmerhiggs.com.au/self-publishing/book-distribution.html?gclid=CLCA-a320pwCFYctpAodfCeIIw it cost 75 dollars to be listed and also available in bookshop in Melbourne. only down turn is it cost 15.00 aus to send each book to america. but still worth a look.
