I keep reporting my problem which is:
No part of my revision is being shown, PRICE has not changed NOR has my REVISED work being shown on search pages, PLEASE ADVISE.
Item number: 7387065
It is changed on the page if I am signed in, but NOT IF SOMEONE NOT SIGNED IN LOOKS THIS UP!
Everytime I email help I get a very irritating form letter back, HELP! |

Lulu's search function can be a "bit" haphazard, and it takes time for revisions to projects to be fully integrated into the search function as the database has to reindex itself (which can take up to 2 weeks, depending on the number of new books that have been published between the time you originally published the book and the time you revised it).
This could be a bug, which should certainly be dealt with by (and could only be dealt with by) Lulu Support.
If you've already contacted Lulu Support using the link on the Help page, yes they will send you an automatically generated "form" email, indicating that you should check the Help pages and ask in the Lulu Forums first (you'd be amazed at the number of people who don't check the Help pages, and some issues can be solved by checking the Help pages. Not that I'm saying you're one of those people, but it happens).
The automatically generated "form" emails you received each time you contacted Lulu Support using the link on the Help page will have also told you to reply to the automatically generated "form" email (and NOT start a new ticket, as that will only slow things down) to advise Lulu that (a) yes you have checked the Help Pages and with the Forums and that doesn't help, and (b) you still need help.
You will need to reply to the last automatically generated "form" email you received and a member of Lulu staff will investigate further. |

Hello all,
Still no answer from Lulu Tech Service re: my problem in this posting:
http://www.lulu.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=118834
ref:00D56zQ6.50057av2d:ref
Reading this post I see that we must reply to the letter Lulu emails to us (which I've just done). At the base of the email (this should be up top OR in bold print) is:
We are closing this ticket under this assumption, but we encourage you to reply to this email should you still require our direct assistance.
I have never asked for assistance from any company and received an email saying: We are closing this ticket under the assumption you've found a solution unless you reply to this email.
Lulu is a spectacular company, affordable, quick mailing, great printing; however, it seems like all its resources have gone into the website construction, printing and mailing exclusively, and any question not covered implicitly in the Lulu Help Links is often left unanswered!
If Lulu would hire someone who truly knew the ins and outs who could help us when our listings, revisions or previews don't show up a week later, or there are misprints in a book that are not due to faulty uploads or any myriad of problems that might occur, I for one, would be willing to pay a small yearly fee.
Thank you Lulu!

Hi Richard,
All should be fixed now. It was a very strange bug affecting our search results. My apologies for the inconvenience.
Best wishes,
