Know Your Enemy: Reflections Of NPD
eBook (PDF), 126 Pages
Price: £3.49 (excl. VAT)
In addition to describing the sheer insidious (and often covert) nature of the narcissist, Sparkster Hubs unveils the mask of sanity by taking you on a journey through the disturbing worlds of disguised mental and emotional abuse, hidden celebrity and government occultism, conspiracy (theory), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), various personality disorders and even on to topics as controversial as psychological murder. Sparkster adequately explains with detail and precision how such disturbing behaviour is carried out and how it can have a profound effect on the lives, mind and soul of victims. The cases of Jimmy Savile and Yvonne Freaney are used as examples. Know Your Enemy: Reflections Of NPD is full of insightful and enlightening, but sometimes highly disturbing and potentially shocking, information which has been written with clarity in a down-to-Earth, no-holds-barred, style. Never before has such a book been written. Warning: This book is not for the weak-minded.

25-Nov-2014This is an excellent book on narcissism, very well written in a clear and concise manner and all very well articulated and easy to understand. Both the disorder and the abuse that persists as a result of it have been explained extremely well, as has some of the 'insider info' that comes directly from someone who lived with this kind of abuse for over ten years. This is a very insightful book full of information which is generally not well-known and is not widely available elsewhere online, despite the review below by J m Bradley. Although much of the information is repeated later on in the book, the author states in the introduction that this is the case in order to relate other aspects of the disorder as accurately as possible. The book goes over the basics of NPD then goes on to provide a lot of insight about living with a covert narcissist and I found it very enlightening and also a very enjoyable read. Most of the information is not available elsewhere online except in the case... More > where the information has been published by the author in their own articles. I also noticed that a few excerpts from the book have been published elsewhere and that the author continues to publish more material on this subject, therefore I suspect this is where J m Bradley is getting a little mixed up. I also suspect that other authors have learned a lot from reading this and then probably copied ideas from it for their own material.< Less
04-Jul-2014Whist this book presented a clear analysis of many of the more usual traits associated with cluster b personality disorders I felt that it was not the read it was claimed to be. Most information included was easily found through research on the internet and towards the end It felt as though whole paragraphs were being repeated from earlier chapters . If one new nothing of narcissism then yes it would be helpful however for people looking for more enlightenment then this is not such a good read .
28-Apr-2013This book has almost been like a therapy for me. I was a victim for 17 yrs and my children and I have been free for 4 years now but we all have various issues that no counsellors seem to understand. Its hard we almost feel as though our existence has only just started we are all trying to find ourselves amongst the debris that is left of us. the main thing is that we are free from any further mind games and a soul destroying way of life. This has also spurred me on to write a book about my own life story with my narcissist.
18-Apr-2013A very descriptive book indeed which provides plenty of insight into what really happens in these sort of relationships. Being abused by someone with the narcissistic personality disorder is a disorientating, disturbing and extremely degrading experience which really does, as it says in the book, wear you down to the core of your very soul. Just trying to get your head around the peculiar behavior of a narc is difficult enough, let alone knowing in the back of your mind that something just isn't quite right but never being able to pinpoint exactly what it is. I like the descriptive nature of this book, reading some of the descriptions fit my ex-wife's profile perfectly.
13-Feb-2013Certainly a great book indeed, lots of useful and detailed information here. It can be difficult to get your head around how this sort of abuse is inflicted and it's been very well described in this book.
