What is chat etiquette?

Just as our operators have guidelines for chat etiquette, below is a list of guidelines for our users.

  • Be kind and courteous to staff members.
  • No verbal abuse or profanity.
  • Limit yourself to one chat per day on the same subject.
  • Personal and private details such as royalties and credit card numbers are not given out in chat.
  • Be respectful of the guidelines in the Live Help FAQ.
