What should my password be?

When you select a password, pick something that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. A mix of upper- and lower-case letters and numbers is considered a good password.

  • Your password must be at least 6 characters and cannot contain any spaces. We suggest you use a combination of letters and numbers.
  • You can use some special characters (such as & # or _ ). You may not use < or >.
  • Passwords are case sensitive; that is, "LOGINID," "LoginID," and "loginid" are not the same.

Help! I can't log in! What do I do?

Your login ID is your email address. If you have a lot of email addresses and have not logged in to Lulu lately, you may forget which one you use for Lulu. Try to log in with two or three different email addresses.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page. Enter your email address and click the Get Password button. If your address is a valid login ID, we send your password to that email address. If you do not receive the password email in a timely fashion, please check your email program's spam filters for the message.

As you enter your login and password, keep the following in mind.

  • Passwords are case-sensitive. Check your Caps Lock key to make sure it is off, then try your password again.
  • Watch for incorrect spelling and typographical errors. Email addresses are not case-sensitive.
  • The password you entered may not be valid for the email address. Lulu can send your password to the email address attached to the account.
