Marilyn Haight

Marilyn Haight is an Adult Education Specialist, an Organization Development Consultant, an award-winning writer, and the author of Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Boss: 13 Types and How to Survive Them. She has worked as Director of Development and Training at Hertz; and Training Manager, Consultant and Instructional Designer at AT&T. She evaluated and designed e-learning at Qwest and developed e-learning programs for executives at Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. Marilyn earned an MA in Human Development at The Fielding Institute; an MS in Human Resource Development and Organization Behavior at American University and NTL Institute; and a BS in Business Administration at Thomas Edison College.
