The book available here is the second edition of Java by Dissection, originally published by Addison-Wesley. The second edition adds coverage of many Java 5 features, including java.util.Scanner, enum, generic container classes, auto-box/unbox, and the new for construct. It also has new material on testing with JUnit and debugging with jdb. The table of contents can be viewed in the preview. We hope you appreciate the price which is much lower price than the first edition. The first three chapters are available for free as additional preview and to compensate for delivery delays compared to getting a copy immediately from your local bookstore.
