Lora L. Young

I am a working mother of 6, a grandmother of 12 and greatgrandmother of 5. I was raised most of my life in Northern California. I now reside in Southeastern Idaho (20 some yrs). I started writing poetry as a teenager and continued off and on to present day. My poetry comes from my life experiences,and personal insights and perceptions as I struggle to survive and make sense of this world we live in. I have recently identified my poetry as whispers from the soul. Thus the title for my book. I have dabbled in a little short story writing. Not much. But, interesting.
