My next book will be a Gothic romance, a collection of stories revolving around a club for supernatural misfits.
Why am I self-publishing? I only sent my first manuscript to a handful of agents and publishers, so it's not because of repeated rejection. Also, I have been studying the writings of the Early Church Fathers, and do not care to join in the relentless world of marketing entertainment goods which people don't need, competing with thousands of other writers for buyers' limited dollars. I just want to be read; I don't need to be rich.
