In the early days of the Civil War, a group of witches and other mystics in New Orleans prepare to venture out West, in hopes of founding a town where they can practice their arts openly and in peace. Their efforts may be thwarted by their coven leader, a pack of unsavory drifters, and a local lawman whose motivations do not entirely involve enforcing the law.
