Anna was a naive young wife who had trapped herself in a loveless marriage. Feeling that life was empty she fell into a clinical depression. After an attempted suicide her bewildered husband decided he had to have her committed for psychiatric care. It was for her own safety after all. But Anna found out that there was precious little caring and no safety at all in an asylum after dark!
