First off let me say "I like the footnotes, good stuff". But now I must say "There is no Index to the eBook". Good eBooks have an Index so that the reader can quickly navigate the text. This is something that James Trimm needs to do to this eBook if he wants excellent reviews of his eBook version. I give this eBook 5 stars for content minus 2 stars for context (e.g. - lack of an Index). To he who has ears let him hear (i.e. - Mr. Trimm).

Have had my HRV for a little over a week. I am excited. Thanks for being so quick. Used it as the "reference" for my teaching: Truth Is An Individual Choice. What I thought was real interesting was I use to live in Hurst. Good deal!
