'Hollywood' John McMullen is a celebrity in the harness racing world. He was bitten by the bug of harness racing at the age of 17 years when he won a trial at the Ipswich Showgrounds. From that moment he dreamed being in harness racing for the rest of his life. His climb to the top in his chosen sport was no mean feat, from driving around the circular track of Rocklea aiming to the heights of Albion Park, then onto America where he raced against the best harness racing drivers in the world.
