Edward Langus was an ill-content vagrant on the hunt for life's unspoken purpose by murdering thousands of innocent people. When he dies of thirst and disease, he realizes his desire to burn in hell will never be met by an eternal curse placed on him to wander the earth forever, redeeming hopeless souls. Wandering the earth bringing hope to thousands of souls is a cruel fate, for he cannot comfort his own soul of the treachery he's caused to others.
