Frank Oczynski is a computer salesman who is having problems with his wife, his mistress, and his two grown daughters. A corporate merger introduces Frank to his new boss, who promptly shoves Frank off of his career path, and gives him the impossible task of stealing business away from DCR with a high-stakes Request For Proposal issued by the State of Ohio.
