Comments on the series called “The Children of the Anarii” (the Anarii Chronicles):
Such suspense, such drama! It could take place anywhere and in any time frame. These books are incredible in giving us an insight into the world that we live in, regardless of where and when this story took place. It certainly could apply to the here and now. Each chapter holds a surprise, and just when we think we know what is going to happen there is a totally different outcome in the lives of the people. Intrigue and real life lessons; people dealing with their fears, false beliefs, even traditions that blind one from
accepting higher evolution in their... More > lives.

On "The Children of the Anarii" and "The Anarii Chronicles"

The Anarii with their incredible skill and great wisdom have gifted us with wonderful teachings, if we only have the courage to hear and embrace what they are saying.

The Children of the Anarii books are filled with wisdom, romance, suspense, mystery, intrigue as well as those things we need to look at and change to improve our lives and our world.

In these wonderful stories the Anarii are holding up a mirror for the world to see; our light and dark side, the old and the new world, people struggling to overcome their old beliefs, and the ultimate great loss people experience when they stubbornly hold onto their need to dominate with fear, power and control.

The Anarii stories reflect our current world with all it’s gifts, it’s highs and lows, our fears, our beliefs and perceptions of the world, our need to embrace change, to let go of the old outdated belief system that no longer serves us, and move forward with the new energy that is now embracing our world.

The Anarii demonstrate the power of love, the opening and listening to the heart, how powerful and important it is to believing in oneself, letting go, embracing another’s wisdom, the power in forgiving self and others, and how much it means to a person to feel supported, listened to as well as heard.

These wise teachers are here to teach us are you courageous enough and willing to heed what they are saying?

A review of "The Children of the Anarii" from Napra Review "
This is from Napra Review, summer 1997 issue, by Patricia Monaco

I love a good fantasy, and that is precisely what Bek has crafted. From the first pages, the world of Elidar springs to full-blown life, peopled with mystical beings as well as ordinary humans, rife with conflict, mystery, danger, and adventure. Even romance is an element in the journey of Morgana, a young woman unaware that she is a Talent of the first order, chosen for a destiny of great importance. The LandsHolders have repudiated the Mirii as "witches", distrusting them for the unnatural powers they acquire when they meld with Azerii, light-beings capable of taking human form as well as those of several animals. When Morgana is mysteriously "called", her aunt reveals her own hidden Mirii status and persuades her to join her at the Gathering of the Mirii in a distant region. Events along the way reveal Morgana's special status, drawing in the various inhabitants of Elidar as ally or enemy. With a sure hand, Bek creates a realm which operates totally on its own inner structure and in which every aspect is thought out. A genuinely enjoyable novel! < Less
