IN THE BEGINNING... Long ago and far away I was advised by my advisor to attempt acceptance and participation in the Organization of Tropical Studies Tropical Ecology course for the summer of 2005. Only 20 some odd participants are selected for each class which takes place in Costa Rica from mid June till early August. This is the story of that heroic trip.
