This book of photos was inspired by an early frost that hit Colorado in the fall of 2009. As photographers, the onset of a frost settling on trees still filled with color was an incredible opportunity for us to capture some amazing photographs. In each and every direction we turned there was an amazing photo opportunity. Despite the bitter cold, the beauty of the scenes surrounding us, captivated us. Our only concern was could the camera capture what our eyes were really seeing. To our surprise, the results were better than expected. Together we hand-selected what we felt were the best photos and included them in this book. We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we enjoyed capturing them for you!
