I have only read an excerpt of the book. James Calvin Zimmerman is my Paternal Great, Great Grandfather of Stanlyville, N.C. And I was told about the book from my cousin,the Author, David Zimmerman. I am hoping to read some more of the book, especially the letters my Great,Great Grandfather wrote to my Great, Great Grandmother during the war between the states.(Civil War)
