Serial Portraits Croisés. Portrait of the visitor as creator - portrait of the artist-model. In-between portraiting and selfportrait, performance with the audience. You are my model, I am yours. You draw my portrait without looking at the paper, I record you while drawing and I choose one picture of you, your photo portrait. This portrait and your drawing are exhibited together. In this book, the Barrow-in-Furness Serial portraits, performed at Art Gene, Art Center. Curators Maddi Nicholson, Stuart Bastik and Colleen O’neill - March 2004. This performance is part of the european project Shift powered by Annie Aguettaz/Imagespassages. Work in progress since 2002.
