"Live Well Through Understanding Universal Laws" 7 Steps to Healing and Wellness is a great book that actually applies universal principles to our daily lives in a practical manner; it is a simplistic guide that glues the 7 Hermetic Laws of Tehuti/Greek Hermes.



"Seven Steps" is a must have, especially for a person who has read the Kybalion by the Three Initiates, but has not grasped the subject. It offers exercises to help the reader increase in personal wellness, longevity, and truly live in a holistic manner.

7 Steps to Healing and Wellness by Dr. Nalani is a very inspiring, well put together, easy to read and understand, superb book. This book is a guide to the healing that each of us deserve, but have not been taught how to assimilate and assist our body to a health.



Dr. Nalani gives indepth instructions on the use of how therapeutic Essential Oils can "assist" the body in healing your ailments. She fully explains the use of therapeutic EO's and recommends and references each Essential Oil for a specific ailment.



She has brilliantly utilized the use of therapeutic EO's and the Kybalion as a guide to healing... More > and wellness and has maintained the sacred writings of the Great Ancient Masters, implementing the two, and employing the science of alchemy.



This book is a must have for all those who are seriously seeking an alternate way of safely assisting the body in healing itself.



After reading just half way through this book, I realized how ignorant I have been on the subject of healing and maintaining a healthy life. Within the pages of her book, Dr. Nalani gives a new and innovative perspective of healthy living.



There are wonderful quotes within the pages of her book which will resonate within. Dr. Nalani explains in her book how therapeutic EO's carry oxygen and oxygenate the blood and assist the intelligence of the body in the removal of obstacles to your healing.



Her chapter on Mindful is inspiring and helps us to understand how we can relive past experiences that can cause stress within our lives, thus, causing dis ease.



Dr. Nalani's book is simply a treasure. Without our health, we cannot truly live a blissful, wholesome life.

I highly recommend this book in every household library.

I am thankful to have this book in my possession. I love how Dr. Nalani Valentine makes the awareness of Healing and Wellness comprehensible and easy to read. Many healing and wellness books out there do not get as elaborate or detailed on what to do each day in your day to day life like it's illustrated in this book. I can always refer back on this book. This is truly a must keep.
