"read it twice!"
talk about one of my favourite plays ever? i get tired of the same thing, i personally loved it. even though it did make me twinge and even lose hope. i think it makes you realize how fragile is the bottle that holds your life, and how easily you can let it control you and break. i'd really want to see this on stage. the man who wrote this is obviously genius!
A More Pleasant Hell is a wonderful tale that I strongly recommend everyone willing to undergo the profound realizations of things once glossed over that this play brings to light read it and read it now. Mr. Cohen is a fabulous and talented writer who I know will go far so long as his readers allow themselves to overcome the societal expectations and unwritten rules and truly experience what this play has in store for you.
