"Review for "A Perfectly Good Dog." Review by C.McIntosh" A must read for anyone who has ever had a dog in their life. The stories are varied in length, topic, and perspective. Where else can you get a dog's eye view of stealing butter, a human's perspective on events encountered on daily walks, or a real-experience ghost story? Reserve an entire evening to read this book because it is impossible to put down once you start!

"A Perfectly Good Dog" Compassionate, Engaging, Hilarious one moment, profoundly sad the next. I laughed until my sides ached at "Stevie Ray's" story! I applaud Grace for embracing her love of the Border Collie, as well as her ability to convey that dogs really are intelligent and loving beings. Thank you for sharing your journey through Animal Rescue. This book is a must read for lovers of life and dogs alike.

"A Perfectly Good Dog" Once I began to read Grace's book, I could not put it down until I had read it cover to cover.

Grace has the unique "gift" to be able to look deep inside each and every dog she comes in contact with, and because of this gift, she can reach their "soul" and understand them like no one else I know can.

Grace also has the ability to express the dogs every thought and feeling, as well as her own, with the written word. Her writing style is such that she lets you see deep inside and understand every dog she writes about, as well as what she is feeling about them.

Her book was a while in coming, but was well worth the wait.
Thank you, Grace.

"A Perfectly Good Dog" It's two a.m. in the morning, as I close the book - so much for promising myself to save some stories to read over the next few days. Grace's storytelling style leads you on as long as there is a page to turn. Do resist thumbing through first to view the photos, as they embue their story with that dog's very personality and character. Look in Pallie's eyes and then read her answer to Grace's introspection in 'I See You.'

'Ghost Story' is one of my favorites (it's so hard to choose!). Sure raised the hair on the back of my neck!

To cop a phrase from M.A. Sanford's foreward, now it's time for a Grace Book II!

"A Perfectly Good Dog" This book will touch your heart. I've laughed and cried and enjoyed each minute of reading it to myself, and reading it out loud to my family. Kip's story is my favorite (he's my dog!). My other favorites are Ring and Trick r Treat. This is a great book for any dog lover and a wonderful family book as well.
