Actively Creative is both practical and deep; it really explains how you can be creative in all aspects of your life. As a jazz musician I know how to use creativity when I improvise. Actively Creative helps me to take those same skills and apply them to other parts of my life. The five step process is easy to understand, though it will take alot of determination to achieve a creative goal. Very helpful book.
