""Great Truth"" "The beauty of this story and the simple truth it reveals about life is like a midnight snowfall in its gentleness and purity. A one-sentence summary of this script might sound like nothing, yet in that "nothing" is great truth."

"fun and exciting" I really like the story. The script is solid and the characters are really well developed. It is very interesting how everything plays together and how well the three characters really get involved. I found myself getting swept up in the story and actually caring for the characters. There are some really great moments. I loved that this was true to life and really delves into human behavior and experiances. You have a great story and all the hard work really shows.

""I am frankly blown away."" “I have read your screenplay twice now and I am frankly blown away by it. You deal with an idea of "acknowledged mortality" in a fresh, unusual, and compelling way, interweaving the characters' own perspectives on the role of death in the world and in their own lives. As someone who struggles with these issues, I felt strongly attached to the story and characters, specifically the human truth behind their actions and decisions. And the fact that the tone of the piece is not pessimistic or self-pitying but of real hope, makes the script present its ideas in a very unique manner.”

- Aaron Golden, Chicago-based actor

Yu is a master story teller! Able to weave 3 lonely characters together on their journey to find some answers, you can't help but be drawn to each person's journey. Man, woman, or child, whoever you are - you'll find yourself rooting for the heroes because, more than anything, Aura, Il is a human story with the right touch. -- Brian Yang, actor Saving Face

"A fresh look at the strength of family and..." Yu has the amazing ability to bring characters to life on the page. You can feel their emotions and sense their energies from her script. She has interwoven the lonely landscape of the Illinois planes into the film and mirrored her child character’s loneliness. The film is a fresh look at the strength of family and the importance of healing our losses.
