There are other reviews that will explain what the book is about, all I can attest to is its easy and ultimately human approach to complex concepts. Anyone who is serious about spirituality, learning about themselves, healing one's core or spirit, this book is a must read. The subject is simply and lovingly expressed, timely, well written with scholarly authority, deep wisdom and great love. The proceeds also go toward a very worthy cause, so not only to you help yourself (or those for whom you buy it), you help a much larger effort to bring peace to a planet filled with complex relationships.

Dharmacharya Gurudas Śunyatananda delves deeper into his experiences to show us by example, what we are all capable of, while reading this book I have to confess as well as being inspired that I felt guilty that I couldn't do anything like the work that Dharmacharya Gurudas is doing, but, if by buying this book it helps Dharmacharya Gurudas to help one other person, this makes me feel just that little bit better.
