Back to Buenos Aires is a story about Kiernan's return to the
United States after a six-month stint teaching English as a
Second Language in a small private school in the suburbs of
Buenos Aires, and her 3-month journey by backpack on the
Gringo Trail through the countries of Uruguay, Argentina,
Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Columbia and Venezuela.
Transitioning to life outside of the United States is tough
enough, but returning to a new country and discovering her
nationality again was even tougher.
