This book was first written in English by Stephen Callender, Tara Hong and Daren Peng and later translated into Chinese by Hong Ming Tsan (co-author's father) so that Chinese people could become more familiar with these amazing sugars. Health challenges have been overcome through cell to cell communication which is what glyconutrients & glycobiology is all about! This is really a must read for the general public and the health conscious.
