"Very good book"
Over my time I've read countless books on topics pertaining to psionics. With this in mind, I can honestly say that this book is a very good read. The author teaches you exactly what to do, what you're doing, and the steps needed to accomplish your task. The book begins with a pretty indepth explanation as to what "psionics" is, along with describing different energy types. From there you are given a basic understanding of the human energetic systems, followed by more infomation on topics, then going into exactly what you picked up the book for; The what is and how-to. At this point the author has already given you all the information needed by someone brand new to psionics... More > to get a good foundation, and develop useful skills. Just when you thought it was done, the author gives you a complete weekly training schedule/guide, which is written in a progressive manor; You work on this before moving on to that. The guide allots you a time frame in which you should practice these skills before moving on. When you have completed this book you would have received a great understanding of what psionics is, and be on the path to becoming a complete and skilled psion.

Excellent, no-nonsense explanations and very effective exercises. Once you master this book, you'll be prepared for day-to-day self-protection and energetic interactions. No bullshit, no esoteric "out there" talk: just results.
