This is such an excellent read. It's studying Robin from an academic perspective, but it is wonderfully readable, and accessible to any level of fan, from the casual browsers to hardcore Batmen fen, to serious acafen. I cannot recommend this enough. It's an insightful, intelligent and beautifully put together discussion, and I personally learnt a lot about the history of the Robin archetype. And from an atheistic point of view, the new cover is just fantastic. It looks so wonderful in print!
