This is one heck of a good book. It guided me through all the process of making my first wooden surfboard.. Loved it... I am on my second board right now. If you want to make a hollow wooden surfboard, this is the book to get... He has the best plans for rails out there. Grant Hartman Cabo San Lucas

This really is a great "how-to" book. I was lucky enough to see the author (Chad) on the beach in Florida last year on one of his boards in action. Pretty sweet stuff. I'm not an ace craftsman by any stretch of the imagination, but things are laid out well and the real-time help is amazing! Seriously. It's in real time. I can't believe it, but it's free. That alone is worth the price of the book. How many other "How-To" books have you seen where you have direct access to the author? Well, if you find another one, buy that too. Boards so sweet, they'd look good hanging on a wall! (if you're into that sort of thing...) Thanks!
