This is the first book I found on Carcinoid Cancer. It was an easy read. I was able to compare my symptoms to the writers sister. I really needed this little book. It has been a year and a half since my surgery and diagnose with Carcinoid Cancer. Treatment has come a long way in just the short time since this was written. My Dr. told me there were no books available. Also no support groups available in Missoula, MT. One thing I have learned is to take control of your own medical treatment. Great Book and I have found other books on my subject with Lulu that I will be ordering. Thanks to MAry Girsch-Bock for sharing her story and some super information. LAura
