"Chimeraworld"
To be honest, I picked up a copy of this for the cover art, which was something I'd never really seen before on a book. Pretty twisted and gruesome. But upon reading Chimeraworld 1, I realized the cover was a mere prelude to what horror's it held within. I particularly enjoyed Kevin Anderson's WEB, J. M. Heluk's, ABACUS SLIDING (super eerie) and Greg Beatty's story, THE WOMAN FROM THE PLACE OF THE STONES.
Now I see there is going to be a part two! I'm hooked. Consider me a loyal Chimeraworld follower from now on!

"J.M. Heluk is unleased on Tabloid Purposes 3"
You thought he was nuts in Philbin's project -- I cut him loose on this one and he came to kick some ass. Check out his story in my project. Liam Davies got his start in the second Tabloid Purposes, then he went over to kick some ass for Philbin. So if anyone knows how good these authors are -- talk to either Philbin or myself because we compare notes on each author we both worked with. I worked with Miller on the second issue of my mag, Goldman I worked with on Tabloid Purposes 2, Tabloid Purposes 3, Issue One and Four of my magazine so I you're going to see authors kick some ass when they work for Philbin.
