"Riding With Daveda-"
Review by: Mary Ann Duhart

Cling to the Magic is such an awesome book.
The title is so catchey daring you to look.

The pages are filled with so many crooks and turns.
The message in each poem showed me lessons to be learned.

Daveda teaches us how to write in so many different styles.
Even gives us the meanings so we can go that extra mile.

She made me laugh, she made me cry, and even taught me how to sing.
With the turning of each page it caused my heart to spring.

Her inspirational pieces brought tears to my heart.
“His Love”, “Jesus” and “Come Walk by My Side”... More > is only just a start.

Daveda brought the audience a glimpse of the love she has for her family members and others. Her love is deeply expressed in “Sisters”, “With Love to Give”, “Soaring as One”, and “Gifts of Love”.
Her emotions pour out to you as you read her many different poems.

Her unselfish love for fellow poets are also expressed in “Magic Spell”, “Do You Know Pat” and “Let It Rain” is just to name a few.

Daveda let’s us cheer with her as she praises her number one team. “ Here We Go Steelers”, “Steelers”, and “Steeler Will Win”.

Daveda shows diversity and creativity in letting the audience see poetry comes in many forms to suit the taste of each individual reader.
I strongly recomment this book to all . It is a must for every library.

It is off the Hook - So Please take a Look!!

Cling to magic within each page
She writes with passion, soul and heart

You feel essence of her being
You feel tranquility brought
Imagery she writes you’re seeing
You feel the Devils’ snared and caught

You feel forgiveness turn to love
You see her talent all so well
You feel she’s guided from above
You find reading pleasure to tell
