It helps decode underlying thoughts of people you interact with, which I find very helpful, both personally and professionally. But the greater value, which sets this work apart from others on this topic, is the way it helps you examine your own non-verbal habits, with constructive exercises to improve your ability to get your own messages across. The text is engaging, user-friendly and very useful. I really like the author’s approach.
