Contact Caller is a programming toolkit for the development of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications with a built-in script based language. The software includes three ready-to-use software applications: Order Entry, Information Inquiry, and Outbound Message Delivery for notification or telemarketing. All setup and programming is covered in detail with many screen samples displayed in this manual. Contact Caller is MS-DOS Based for Dialogic Speech Boards and is expandable from 4 to 64 lines.
