This Story broke my heart, what a tear jerker this was to read. Filled with emotion as Daveda shares about her daughter and the horrors secreatly she had gone through before her suicide death. This story is thought provoking as it weaves the web of her intrapment of abuse physically, mentally and more... Even many years later Daveda is sadden by her beloved daughters death but she explains how she has learn to cope and go on with her life now that her daughter is gone. You will have to get this book to see what all took place and what happened to her Lanie. A very touching and heartfelt book!

She captures Lanie's life on each page with her colorful pictures and also beautiful poetry. The purple butterflies brings such tranquility as the reader floats from page to page reading her story.
