I wrote this book as a healing process for myself and to share what I have learned from my own personal experiences living with anxiety.I also wanted to inspire others and give them hope in following their own dreams without living with alot of fear and isolation, cutting themselves off from the rest of the world.I live with social, agoraphobia, and chronic anxiety disorder.This book is written from my heart and soul from my own personal experiences, and to be a positive voice for every person who has struggled with a mental, or physical illness.This book is dedicated to you.
