I can't wait to get my hands on this cookbook! I've seen a few of the recipes and if the rest are nearly as good as those I've seen I will be thrilled.

The title captivated me. I looked at the preview, and saw that the first three recipes contain milk and the fourth recipe contains yogurt. Would it be a strange irony if it turned out that dairy consumption is found to contribute to breast cancer? Let's apply some common sense here: Breasts contain mammary glands which are for secreting milk. If you are a human, and you have mammary glands, and you ingest milk from a foreign species (such as a cow), what is your body going to want to try to do with that milk? And what will happen when it gets stuck and can't come out because it's completely the wrong recipe? (Too much protein and not enough fat.) Lumps? Cysts? Tumors? Cancer? ... I personally wouldn't ingest any dairy products, no matter HOW much you paid me. And I'm not even female. The authors (and others) should read books like "The China Study" and "Diet For a New America" to get the straight scoop.
