Introduction

How do you know when you are in love? What is true love and what is not? How can I find a person to love and share the rest of my life? Will true love come to me naturally? How can I build a relationship?

The poems in my book answer these questions. People are eager to find true love—love that will not last a short period of time, but for a lifetime. Eternal Love is designed to answer these questions and more. It is divided into two sections that correspond with the way most people “experience” love: explanation of love (research) and the love poems (using poems and love letters that I created).

Each part highlights a particular aspect of love, what love is, and how... More > it can be obtained. Many philosophers and writers have tried to find the true meaning of love, yet true love still remains to be one of the most mysterious feelings on this planet. Sometimes we are not always aware when true love comes our way. True love is not something we can control. It takes control of our mind, body, and soul. But when it does come our way, it enriches our lives and makes our heart sing with joy.

True love is magical, and no one should have to live without it. Eternal Love: Romantic Poetry Straight from the Heart is a collection of poems that describes the true meaning of true love. So find a comfortable spot in your home and get ready to encounter the magical journey of eternal love.

Review
A poetic and inspirational book by a prominent author, which uses her talent in writing and (often inspiring and motivational) anecdotes to show us why we're so lousy at predicting what will make us happy - and what we can do about it.

Most of us spend our lives steering ourselves toward the best of all possible futures, only to find that tomorrow rarely turns out as we had expected. Why? When people try to imagine what the future will hold, they make some basic and consistent mistakes. Just as memory plays tricks on us when we try to look backward in time, so does imagination play tricks when we try to look forward.

Using the magic of poetry, Chillemi shakes, persuades, motivates and inspiries us into accepting the fact that happiness is not really what or where we thought it was. Among the unexpected questions she poses: Why are conjoined twins no less happy than the general population? When you go out to eat, is it better to order your favorite dish every time, or to try something new? If Ingrid Bergman hadn't gotten on the plane at the end of Casablanca, would she and Bogey have been better off?

Smart, witty, accessible and unique, this poetry book brilliantly describes all that poetry has to tell us about the uniquely human ability to envision the future, and how likely we are to enjoy it when we get there. < Less
