This journal is intended be used as a place to record and monitor goals and aspirations for fitness and total mind/body wellness for the year ahead. The moment you sit down with pen in hand and map out what it is you want to accomplish, the easier it is to navigate and achieve these goals. By writing goals down, it becomes a record that will reveal where you started, where you have gone, and where you are going. Simply put, “I want to get from point A, to point B, and eventually to point C. Here are the steps I need to take to get there,” is an easy way to think of it. When viewed this way, attaining goals will hopefully seem less difficult to do.
This journal uses this approach, using checklists and providing places to record your goals and progress.
