In this theory, the Solar system was formed from two bodies of various mass and age (Protosun and Protoplanet). They were formed by the same process and started the mutual revolution on the eccentric elliptic orbit. From the disrupted Protoplanet were formed present planets and all other bodies of the Solar system. The theory explains the problems not explained by present accretion hypothesis, especially formation of Planet rotation. It is demonstrated by computer simulation. The hypothesis is manifested by the fact in which all planets during their formation had the same rotation. The latest results of the spacekraft Stardust verify the new theory.
