Foundations is a collection of my free-verse Poetry written over the past decade. Often dark and cynical this book marks an end to an era of my life prior to becoming a proud father of triplets. I'm a Buffalo, NY Singer/Songwriter/Blogger and passionate learner. I'm also a Doctoral student in Metaphysical studies and author of I Haiku - The Minimalist Lifestyle (February 2011) and Mindful Meditation (March 2011).
